Job Description: Administrative Assistant for Condominium Management We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage the day-To-Day operations of condominium management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Customer service and communication with residents and contractors Issuing condominium quotes and statements Participation in meetings, including preparing minutes Monitoring the condition of buildings and facilities to ensure proper maintenance Conflict resolution between residents Budget planning and financial management of the condo Reviewing and analyzing expense accounts, including payment histories Drafting and mailing letters and circulars to residents Reviewing inspection reports and analyzing utility bills Conducting routine check-Ins at the condos Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in a condominium or property management setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting Ability to work independently and within a team A professional attitude and appearance, as well as strong organizational skills Bilingual fluency is a plus, but not required If you meet these requirements and are interested in this opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, please send your resume and a brief cover letter to our Human Resources Department.
