Description from the organization perspective, you will report to the vp product of payment & fraud and will deeply partner with the business and other members of the senior technology leadership team to drive cross-Cutting strategies to continue evolving the entire organization wherever it is needed. As part of rappi, you will be responsible for: lead the definition of the 6-12 month product strategy and make sure your teams believe in it. Set ambitious goals with rigorous kpis on a 6-12 month timeframe. Deliver on goals and strategy, spanning multiple squads and cross-Functional domains. Ensure your teams follow a proper product discovery, execution and go-To-Market process for all their product work. Work with third-Party vendors to test and implement new fraud prevention technologies that allow rappi to be a reference in the industry hire and develop top talent and act as a mentor throughout the entire product organization. Communicate proactively and effectively with established partners, stakeholders, peer groups and executive leadership. Contribute to company-Wide strategic goal-Setting and execution. Develop a world class fraud platform that improve the experience of all audiences and reduce the loss good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? 3+ years of experience developing fraud prevention capabilities in e-Commerce. 6-10+ years experience in product management, preferably with prior experience in director-Level product positions. Fluent in english (required), spanish (required) and portuguese (advantage). Position can be fully remote but preference will be given to candidates in colombia, mexico, argentina or brazil where we have our main offices. Globally located is possible under the right circumstances. Bachelor degree or masters degree in business, engineering or other related field.
