The people business partner (epbp) is responsible for aligningbusiness objectives with employees and management across differentbusiness units. The position develops partnerships across the peoplefunction to deliver value-Added service to engineering management andemployees that reflects the business objectives of the an epbp, we seek to become change enablers and help drive thepeople-Side of business impact:-Understand bitsos operational and strategic plans, financials,objectives & okrs- Build relationships with stakeholders to offerthought leadership on organizational and people-Related strategy andexecution- Communicate with the business to drive the procurementof services from people specialized areas and understand thestatus/timeline of slas. E.G., internal movements, terminations,promotions, and salary increases- As a key strategic advisorworking hand to hand with the management team to provide coaching andguidance on people matters in areas including career development,employee engagement, performance management, talent management,compensation, training and performance improvement plans (pips)-Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design andquickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, eventhose beyond people and organizational solutions.- Analyzestrends and metrics in partnership with the people team to developeffective solutions, programs, and policies- Have deep knowledgeof bitsos product and engineering strategy and participate as keymembers from the people aspect of achieving their goals andintegration.- Assist in making smart, informed decisions,interpreting complex analyses, and tying findings back to engineeringpriorities- Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflictresolution- Partner with leadership to guidance and input onengineering unit restructures, workforce planning, and successionplanning- Org design advice and budgeting for hiring plan-Align recruitment and hiring priorities, act as a facilitator for thestakeholders for better addressing bitsos growth expectations-Being the poc (point of contact) for local people & techmanagement- Carry out the D&I interventions to raise awareness,encourage open and honest conversations, and allow our people to bethemselves at workwho you are:- Minimum 5years of work experience in human resources with relevant experienceas hr business partner, at least 1 year working with product leadcompanies.- Hr experience dealing with large teams of engineers,you are familiar with basic concepts, semantic and issues specific tothis population- Knowledge of agile methodology- Knowledgein designing and implementing operational hr programs from concept torollout with solid project management skills- Willingness to rollup sleeves, juggle multiple priorities, and wear many hats!-Self-Motivated, collaborative individual with a small ego, ownermentality and sense of humor- Genuine curiosity and strong desireto continuously learn, grow, and help others- Experience workingin fast-Paced, high growth technology companies and helping them scaleand grow (startup experience is a plus)- Excellent written andverbal communication skills.- English remoteli-Wssaboutbitso:bitso is latin americas leading cryptocurrency goal is to evolve how we think about and use money.
