As an operations manager at ptw, you will be a vital leader in our on-Site team, responsible for managing day-To-Day studio operations and optimizing efficiency and : operations manager - Please apply with the english resumesjob overview: as an operations manager at ptw gaming services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-To-Day operations of the studio, ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and resources. Your expertise in operational processes and procedures will be essential in optimizing efficiency and productivity within the studio. Collaborating closely with hr, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Additionally, you will work alongside finance and budgeting teams to manage operational expenses and financial planning. Complying with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations, will be integral to this role. As a problem-Solver and a source of guidance, you will resolve operational issues and support team members in achieving their goals.
