As a project manager at ptw, you will be a key leader in our on-Site team, overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects. Job overview: as a project manager at ptw gaming services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of game development projects within scope, timeline, and budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-Functional teams, including art, engineering, design, and qa, to foster effective collaboration and communication. Your expertise in project management will enable you to develop project schedules, define milestones, allocate resources appropriately, and track project progress. This role demands strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to the management team. Key responsibilities: oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with cross-Functional teams, including art, engineering, design, and qa, to foster effective collaboration and communication. Develop project schedules, define milestones, and allocate resources appropriately to achieve project objectives. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality. Facilitate regular team meetings, provide status updates, and ensure project documentation is well-Maintained and up-To-Date. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and progress to the management team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in the game development pipeline. Requirements: qualifications A passion for gaming and a keen interest in the game development industry. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful completion of game development projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage cross-Functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and ensure clear communication among team members. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to track project progress and identify areas for improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
