Your role we are looking for an entrepreneurial-Minded head of data services to lead the structuring of our data services offering, with a focus on implementing solutions such as customer data platform (cdp), data analytics, and ai. This professional will be responsible for leading the data services team and ensuring that our clients receive innovative and effective solutions for their data needs. What youll do lead the data services team to ensure the delivery of high-Quality projects on time, using agile methodologies. Define the data services offering strategy and ensure it is aligned with market and client needs, including the international market. Identify business opportunities and work with the sales team to develop commercial proposals for potential clients, including international clients. Manage the implementation of cdp, data analytics, and ai solutions in client projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and deliver results. Have a deep understanding of big data concepts and techniques to develop scalable and efficient solutions. Utilize ai models to optimize implemented data solutions. Monitor project performance and ensure implemented solutions are functioning as expected. Work with the product team to ensure implemented solutions are aligned with the companys vision and strategy. Create strategies and campaigns together with the sales team, participate in events, and support the marketing team. Youll be great for this role if bachelors degree in areas such as computer science, data engineering, statistics or related fields. Proven experience in project management for data solution implementation, especially in cdp, data analytics, and ai solutions. Leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases, data visualization, and analysis tools, and enough knowledge of big data techniques to embed them in the service offerings. Experience in agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
