About the job: Were looking for talented 3D artists, if you enjoy creating beautiful scenes and/or animating them to perfection youve found the place to a team we excel in working together on challenging concepts in order to deliver the most awesome 3D pieces we possibly like people to stick to their strengths and keep doing what they are good at, but at the same time we believe in having enough exposure to other areas so that were constantly evolving and learning new you have a good grasp on more than one area of 3D and you enjoy learning new things, expanding your knowledge and sharing your expertise with your teammates then youre more than welcome to join us. What youll be doing: So you enjoy sculpting? Okay, so youll sculpt a lot, but youll definitely be expected to lend a hand on look dev, or animation, or rigging (why not?) from time to time, either due to necessity, but more often than not just so you can expand your capabilities or atleast get a good grasp on whats required to keep the wheels turning on our found your niche in character animation? Great! Were happy as long as youre happy, but wouldnt you like dabbling with other cool stuff once in a while while youre at it?Some of the challenges in the Motion and 3D team you will help solve:- Help conceive videos - Based on a written script propose key frames, suggest animations, techniques and visuals to be used.- Render our products beautifully - Create scenes in which our products shine, many clients grow attached to our products and its part of our job to make sure new clients know what awesome products theyll be getting once they buy our products.- Get your hands dirty modelling assets - Either propose models to be bought via research of available models or put on your sculpting (or box modelling) hats on and start creating, your meshes dont have to look neat and pretty all the time, it just has to work when the time comes to light it and put it in a scene.- Animating characters and scenes - It doesnt always have to be a buttery smooth frame by frame animation, theres a lot to be gained in just blocking out the animation and making a previz for your teammates.- Help bring scenes to life - Sometimes your teammates will have modelled complex objects and will need that extra hand lighting it and choosing what color its actually supposed to be. What you need to succeed: - Extensive knowledge on the 3D medium - You know all the ways to render an image or a video, how to do basic compositing and how to share your projects and files with others.- Good eye for aesthetics - You know which colors to pick and how to build a scene thats eye catching- Teamwork -You know how to communicate and tackle big projects together with your teammates- Portfolio - Youve been around for a while and have done beautiful pieces either for yourself or for are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-Driven.
