Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the consumer promotions and content strategies, plans, and execution for the fab category, partnering cross functionally across the region, and with coca-Cola bottling partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing manager of consumer promotions and content to act as an intrapreneur to help build a start-Up in latin america with the resources and backing of the coca-Cola location: brazil (sp/rio), colombia, mexicowhat youll do for ustranslate consumer insights and touchpoints expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plansdevelop the consumer strategy and plan (communication, brand activation strategies, content, shopper, activation calendar, etc) based on the E2E xp and brand guidelineslead the customization and/or development of content for specific category touchpoints based on brand guidelines, key occasions and relevant triggersdevelops consumer promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiencybrief media teams and work closely to ensure best-In-Class plan and executionmanage the calendar of consumer activationsupport marketing execution by handing activation tools kits and materials to frontline marketingdeliver consumer & shopper strategy & plan, media briefings, pos materials for execution guidelines, activation toolkits and materialsqualifications and requirements- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, econometrics, or related field is required (masters or mba degree is highly preferred)5+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility and scope in consumer promotions and contentmust be fluent in english spanish or portuguese is also highly preferredmust have experience in consumer insights and strategy, marketing mix, and consumer journey designable to gather consumer insights from multiple categories and connect the dots into a strategic direction towards tangible plansexpertise in working with different external partners (i.E.: agencies, production houses )able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources, as well as working knowledge of analytic approacheswhat we can do for youiconic & innovative brands: our portfolio represents over 20 different billion-Dollar brands such as coca-Cola, sprite, fanta, powerade, and more.
