Youll manage our first level onboarding and troubleshooting support channel for partners leveraging our integrated solutions, as well as providing strategic analysis to drive enhancements in our integration experience for both partners and impact- Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support for partner integrations giving gympass users a best in class user experience.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance our integration support and onboarding process- Execute quality assurance and quality control for internal processes relating to fitness partners and integration adoption.- Improve integration adoption and utilization through proactive outreach to partners in support of various strategic initiatives.- Create onboarding materials and provide training to internal teams on available integrations.- Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand priorities and future needswho you are- An enthusiastic professional with a bachelors degree or commensurate work experience- Full proficiency in english (mandatory)- A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals- Experience working with cross functional teams and managing delivery from multiple stakeholders- A critical thinker with developed analytical skills- You are a self-Learner and enjoy exploring and learning new tools- A strong communicator both written and verbal with great interpersonal skills.- You are detailed-Oriented and you genuinely care about offering a top quality service- You are able to be flexible, resourceful and to multi-Task while establishing priorities and providing solutions.- You have a positive attitude, you are proactive and dynamic.- You are curious and like to solve business problems- Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team- Experience with zendesk a plus- Experience writing sql queries a plus- Experience with tools of automation (python, zapier, postman, etc) a pluswhat we offer youwere a wellness company that is committed to the health and well-Being of our employees.
