Head of security operations center (soc) at telefonica cyber tech brasil, as well as services related to the monitoring, managed services and improvement and development of the soc. With an intelligence-Based vision of incident detection and evolving from a reactive to a proactive approach to early detection of cyber security e atribuições:- Build, develop and manage a security operations center in brasil for telefonica customers- Manage all day to day activities within the security operations center to ensure effective operation of intrusion detection and incident response- Provide leadership, guidance and technical expertise to deliver a professional service to its customers- Ensure security detection, protection, response, and recovery procedures are up-To-Date, maintained and followed- Be accountable of the security incident management- Ensure proper integration and handover of new security services within the monitoring and detection capability of the soc- Ensure continuous soc services improvement- Set-Out key security performance indicators that ensures proper service delivery and service improvements- Embed soc and group smc requirements within a wide variety of projects- Develop and maintain soc related policies, procedures and processes to ensure all necessary information and security data is continuously being collected, correlated and analysed to detect potential external and internal threats to the organization- Develop metrics needed to communicate risk levels to the organization and articulate the value derived from the cyber services provided to the company- Develop and provide reports on a regular basis to meet management, compliance or audit needs- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders includingsecurity specialists, and corporate information security trustees/champions to ensure appropriate security incident management and threat response processes are in place and maintained- Provide briefing to the business stakeholders regarding ongoing security incidents and threat levelsRequisitos e qualificaçõesDemonstrable experience and in-Depth knowledge of information or cyber security operations, incident response and investigations- Certified information systems security professional (cissp), certified information system auditor (cisa) cism, iisp, or other equivalent security certification/accreditation is desirable- Previous experience as a soc manager or soc team leader is preferred, previous experience working with managing security services providers- Strong knowledge of intrusion detection/ prevention systems (id/ps), user activity monitoring systems, data leakage prevention systems and siem systems- Previous industry experience with multinational companies beneficial- Iso 27000 experiencesoft skills:- Proven ability to work and effectively prioritize in a dynamic work environment- High attention to detail- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented- Strong external networking capabilities- Self-Starting and self-Confidence is a must- English - High- Spanish - HighInformações adicionaisWhat do we offer you?- Market-Compatible compensation- Food stamp- Health and dental plan- Life insurance- Private pension- Flexible hours- Day off on birthday- Daycare and nanny assistance (for mothers or fathers)- Assistance for children with disabilities- Cellular device and corporate planand more!- According to the eligibility policy determined by the you identify with this challenge, telefónica tech is your place.- All of our vacancies are eligible for professionals with disabilities and we encourage the increasing participation of women in cybersecurity!We appreciate your interest!.
