We empower businesses to design seamless and engaging payment experiences for their product manager for latam is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and feature definition of emerchantpays offerings for the latam area, in line with the organizations strategy and goals. The role involves working tightly with cross-Functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure maximum value to the organization. The product manager drives the capturing and alignment of key business requirements from all relevant stakeholders and supports the product owners, developers and operational teams throughout development and the product champion for the latam region, creates and evangelizes the appropriate short and long-Term roadmap for the area in direct collaboration with senior managementdocuments and maintains a backlog of planned high-Level features and milestones, linked to goals, and their order of prioritydrives progress against goals, actively looking for ways to improve the product & make adjustments based on strategic targetsensures alignment on both roadmap and high-Level requirements between senior management, merchants, commercial and operational stakeholders, product development and engineeringprovides product knowledge and a sound understanding of local market and competitors, customer needs and capability requirementsunderstands the companys overall product offerings and processes, including interdependencies with other systems and third partiessets expectations within product development and engineering for pace of delivery required to achieve platform goalsdrives timely creation and delivery of all required materials for effective handover to operational and commercial teams, including e.G.
