We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies and fashion brands to integrate our technology with their order management systems and fulfill the order end-To-End with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailers asset (store, warehouse, dark stores etc) to the final customer. In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailers needs to provide only in store services (stocking, demos) and last mile services (express, same day, next day)we have achieved aggressive growth in 3 years operating in 4 countries (mexico, costa, colombia and peru, opening brazil and chile in 2022) and completing over 5 million jobs. Today we serve 80 customers and have daily jobs available in over 20,000 store locations in more than 100 looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for building new and different projects. Our founders are harvard business school graduates with deep consumer expertise at walmart and P&G across latin america, china and you arewhat you will do- Translate business requirements and vision into product requirements- Own roadmap and prioritize building what matters most to achieve goals- Plan what your team will deliver and the timeline for implementation- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas- Determine which ideas should be promoted into features- Prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals- Make difficult trade-Off decisions based on the value that new features will deliver to customers and to the business- Communicate with stakeholders and organizations to share vision and prioritiesthe skills and experience you will bringmust haves- Fluency in english- 4+ years of full-Time work experience in product management- Demonstrated ability to influence others by bridging gaps between different functions and aligning all teams involved- Experience working in tech startup(s), with competing resources and priorities, through planning, development, and launch- Self starter with high degree of self direction and independent drive- High degree of focus in usability. Capable of conveying your ideas through detailed specs and/or wireframes- Excellent communicator.
