About the job: You will report to the vp of a new business unit and will have the opportunity to be one of the first employees in a new venture at bazar. Responsibilities: Hire, lead, and manage the operations and customer support teams. Create and optimize all key operation components as we scale (customer support, operations, liquidation ops, etc.). Lead, manage, and execute cross-Functional projects (e.G., overseeing the implementation of new products, implementing process improvements). Turn insights into action: work quickly to identify trends/opportunities and implement improvements (communication campaigns, customer workflow changes, customer portal enhancements). Take ownership of the companys key performance indicators (kpis) with full autonomy to identify root causes that impact them, structure, and execute solutions. Requirements: Passion for data: base decision-Making on data. Ability to navigate from the micro to the macro: develop the vision for the future of the operational and commercial areas and manage daily operational challenges. Willingness to get hands-On and join the team to solve significant operational challenges. Leadership skills: motivate the team through constant challenges. Creativity in problem-Solving, from sophisticated technology-Driven solutions to small hacks to overcome specific challenges. A 360-Degree view of the business: (a) understanding of financial products and investment funds (or a strong interest in learning), (b) a strong interest in learning about the legaltech market. A growth mindset using insights to achieve scalability. Previous experience in startup environments, especially legaltechs, is a plus. Compensation and benefits: Competitive compensation based on seniority and job experience. Meal allowance R$ 600.00 per month.
