Our mission is to grow global online commerce for the worlds small businesses by removing the barriers to online trading. The role: we are seeking a versatile and results-Driven marketing manager who will be responsible for overseeing both online/digital and offline/events/sales marketing efforts. The candidate will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance sales and customer engagement. They will demonstrate expertise in various channels, possess a keen understanding of sales and industry dynamics, and drive innovation. Additionally, the marketing manager will manage events and pr communications to maximize brand visibility and market presence. Main responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both online/digital and offline/events/sales channels, aligning them with the organizations sales and commercial objectives. Drive customer marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster brand loyalty. Analyze and optimize digital marketing dynamics to improve the effectiveness of the new app, leveraging data-Driven insights to enhance user experience and boost conversions. Collaborate with cross-Functional teams to coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation. Oversee pr communications to maintain a positive brand image and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences. Monitor marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and better roi.
