In this role, you will beaccountable for standards aligned to safety, quality, operational effectivenessand financial performance. Key accountabilitieslead and ensure the most complexproduction and operating facility operates safely and in compliance withregulatory and corporate safety and environmental programs standards and the consistent and quality execution of multiple products across multipleproduction lines while driving reliability centered manufacturing for strategy execution, management and compliance of capital andoperating budgets and oversee the strategy of capital investment projects andspending within a high asset utilization and complex plant. Lead and own strategicimplementation results of operational efficiency programs for products that crossmultiple geographies, businesses and a culture that builds, operates and maintains plants that areoperationally sound, safe and efficient. Develop plans and deliver results in afast-Changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing ateam of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisionsrelated to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
