We have theambition to grow this as a substantial part of the business year onyear providing services in advisory, delivery and assurance roles inthe different segments and to growth andongoing delivery success with our clients, turner & townsendsteam in brazil is looking for a suitably qualified and experiencedcost & commercial manager to structure and lead the re cost managementservice stream, train and develop the cost management team and supportdriving the t&t culture to grow the business to the next description- Strategy, direction, leadership andcommercial success of the turner & townsend brazil re cost managementbusiness.- Support new new sectors where we are actively seekingto break into the market and as needed in new segments where we wantto grow.- Work within the cost management team as a leader,managing cost management professionals within larger teams anddelivering successful solutions for clients.- Develop a costmanagement team and ensure that it is effectively structured, engagedand led.- Report at management level on service line/projectsfinances: keep margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts arekept track of on all commissions.- Work with the directors fordeveloping new business opportunities with existing and new turner &townsend clients.- Attend bid presentations with directors.- Effectively manage risks and maximize commercial returns.-To provide effective leadership and direction, embedding and promotingthe values of t&t and to be responsible for the development of thebrazil cost management team.- Lead a team of 12 t&- Be willing and able tolead a project and manage personnel in delivering small and majorcommissions, together with developing and shaping the organic growthof our cost management team. An ambition and ability to help.-Excellent communication skills, and strong business acumen, with theability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients, develop new business,leverage current opportunities, and coordinate with construction anddesign teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.- A passion forwork, and a strong commitment to producing high quality work, and inmotivating others to strive for excellence, and to go the extra mileto meet client requirements- Experience in client managementwith solid experience in client facing environment.
