Responsibilities: supports execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Develops short-Term tactical sales and brand/product management marketing plans and contributes to longer-Term tactical plans. Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels, and international regions to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities that may harm our patients and business partners. Lead strategic plan by ensuring this position and their team provide appropriate promotional materials. Works across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication. Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness for selected platform segments. Works productively with external agencies and cross-Functional groups within the organization. Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity. Develops new concepts and products portfolio management and prioritization of new opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis. Builds a strong network with key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting business. Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements them through local marketing/sales teams. Coaches develop and inspire team members. Key responsibilities drive execution of mentor portfolio within the region. Influences without authority to ensure organizational focus is appropriately directed and well understood. Collaborates effectively with cross-Functional groups to communicate clear direction, ensure alignment with the franchise group, supply chain, finance, R&D, regulatory affairs, and other departments. Drives additional initiatives to develop new gtm models to reach our patients and expand our reach through innovative models like e-Commerce, ensure profitability plans are in place to achieve regional and global expectations. Directs and coordinates the definition and deployment of the marketing strategy for mentor. Works closely with operating company provides recommendations/input to for the development of platform/specialty marketing strategy considering the regional market needs. Represent latam region market requirements for mentor at the originating company (oc) in platform leadership teams (plts). Responsible for latam targeting, segmentation, and pricing strategies for each product in plastic & reconstruction segments, and conducting market research to validate including non-Clinical stakeholder strategy. Responsible for leading and ensure execution of marketing collateral and support materials aligned to the above strategies. Leads new product/programs launches into the region exercising lex (launch excellence). Responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence reports and providing strategic feedback to the organization. Responsible for building strategic plan forecast. Drive cross-Market communication and learning to ensure best practices and competitive insight are shared across markets. Responsible for bp sales and P&L (gp, opex, mni, sni) attainment for selected trauma segments and cmf. Responsible for executing new standards of marketing excellence in the organization. Qualifications: 4 or more years of leadership experience in a combination of sales and marketing management roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results in challenging business environments. Capturing insights and translating them into viable solutions for customers, communicating value, translating market dynamics into pricing strategy driving profitability, portfolio management, forecast and demand planning, new product launches, drive strategy execution and monitoring. Market research, agency management, marketing plan development (media/promotion). Experience working in cross-Functional teams, integrating and coordinating them to achieve results. Experience in working in large matrix organizations and influences without authority. Desired healthcare industry experience. Desired know-How of consumer and/or aesthetics business.
