Aon is currently recruiting a small health business director to join our brazil team!In this role you will be in charge of developing customer service strategies, business expansion, team development/structure, value proposition by region, partnerships with brokers and go-To-Market management (technology) for small business segment in health :- Responsible for leading the commercial team, ensuring the annual sales target delivery for small business- Handling customer portfolio, owning the customer base growth and retention strategy, ensuring budgeted revenues delivery- Ensuring quality of services provided to customers, following the methodology promised by the customer, growing the continuous business generation- Supervising performance and development of technical, consultative and behavioral skills in commercial and customer service teams, contributing to a dedicated and engaged team- Lead strategic discussions related to market trends for related segment- Relationship and partnerships with brokers and go-To-Market management (technology).Job requirements:- Experience in leading commercial teams for small business - Health solutions- Experience in market strategy development to make business viable with small companies for health solutions- Advanced skills:- Leadership- Strategic business planning and execution expertise- Focus on results- Negotiation with challenges:- Craft the strategy for small business segment- Deliver defined sales target- Current customers retention- Team structuring, defining the people strategy- Relationship strategy with market and sales offer youa competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with agrowing worldwide colleague experiencefrom helping clients gainaccess to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health careand retirement for millions, aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
