For the us and experience our platform of global diversity and entrepreneurial spirit as you help us create innovative technologies and positively impact the food of nearly 8 billion people we are looking for:you will be responsible for merchandising (dsh model ) and also for cp communication support and participate in the daily activities of agco parts marketing and business development area, being responsible for conducting and giving support to operational and strategic issues related to merchandising product category, which includes gifts, toys, clothing and others:- Leverage and consolidate agcos merchandising segment through new collections and innovative launches in order to share the companys values and extend the link with the brand- High quality products with fair and competitive prices- Increase sales so that dealers feel encouraged and motivated to sell the proposed new products- Review the merchandising stores participation in brazil and support argentine agricultural fairs, exposing the brand, in addition to generating financial results- Propose a financially healthy performance at dealership events, as well as regional agricultural fairs- Work in order to serve and support the market in osa, argentina and brazil for all agco brands (massey ferguson, valtra, fendt)- Responsible for conduct the complementary portfolio marketing initiatives together with the marketing area, being the main person of contact and also be the one that will share the briefings / needs with the marketing / communication are you going to do:you will be responsible for the expected growth of merchandising category for sa, developing specific business plans / marketing initiatives to achieve activities:- Closer merchandising suppliers relationship- Develop commercial and marketing materials- Review the portfolio assortment / suppliers- Track of each merchandising category performance- Responsible for complementary portfolio communication support.- Develop and monitor p&l of complementary portfolio partners and define action plans for all product categories- Development of actions, campaigns and projects taking into account product category, region, channel or customer, always in alignment with the sales team- Support the complementary portfolio organization of events and fairs- Identify market opportunities to maximize business, analyze competitors actions and address problems in order to generate improvements and business opportunities- Support the complementary products team in regional events/fair and also will coordinate the training sessions about this kind of productsWhat do you need:- Degree in marketing, advertising, administration, engineering, and/or related areas- Masters degree in related areas is a plus- Advanced english and spanish is a plus- Strong capabilities in terms of market trends / opportunities- Commercial and communication skills- Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple projectsdiversity, equity & inclusion:our vacancies are for everyone.
