Design, execute and troubleshoot of diverse assays on actives discovery and development of delivery platform technologies conduct greenhouse experiments to develop internal knowledge of new technologies performance in a variety of perennial and annual crops plan, organize, and manage research trials conducted through cro testing or collaboration with research institutes support field trials by providing input on protocols, domain knowledge, and evaluation of results work with other functional and research teams to advance project objectives and meet the timelines maintain scientific and technical expertise through familiarity with scientific literature, attending conferences, and developing relationships with thought leaders.
