Also, ready to work in any for performing root cause analysis and long-Term fixesresponsible for implementation of medium to complex components of a project module, change for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisionswork in a cross-Cultural team and communicate effectivelyshould have more than 5+ years of windows server administration experience preferably with at least 4+ years of hands-On experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment (at least 100-150 servers)required experience5-7 years experience in administering windows 2000/ 2003 etc. Server and active Depth knowledge of active directory and dns structure and knowledge in file and print server management knowledge in windows security experienced in antivirus products & ability to implement ad in doing recovery of ad domain controllers, dns, wins, dhcp servers & in-Depth knowledge of domain controllers replication be responsible for the maintenance rimm project (including remote installation and maintenance of existing setup / server / servers and installation of new setup / server / servers).Contribute to the architecture design, deployment and development of it services and associated processes and exposure to group policies creation, their testing and implementation & in-Depth knowledge of dhcp servers designing and have good working experience on raid management and array controller & troubleshooting skills on ms clusters, windows load balancingshould have expertise in backup products & oem hardware (dell/hp/ibm), & remote connectivity have worked with more than one patching (wsus & shavlik) & antivirus tools & knowledge of windows registry, including knowledge of modifying to build and remove domains in existing ad environment & fsmo roles assignment in ad environmentgood proficiency in system fault tolerance design, business continuity and disaster recovery & capacity planning and fine tune system for optimal knowledge on managing large citrix farm environment & citrix load of citrix secure gateway configurationgood experience on installation, configuration and managing vm ware depth knowledge of implementing vmware ha, of veritas cluster preferred experiencehyperconverged solution, vxrail, nutanix and vblockcisco ucsvmware administration l2basic knowledge of sccmhardware monitoring dell oemitms service nowdhcpbusiness skillsstrong interpersonal skills and ability to translate it technical language into everyday terms which users can understand, specifically non-Technical senior managementability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is flexible, efficient, and responsiveto work through issues analytically to a successful conclusiondemonstrable results in a business customer facing role, with a track record of delivering services to defined service in the management of multi-Discipline teams in distributed of working in an operational environment alongside other technical and operational teams, ensuring that all parties collaborate effectively to deliver of itil service management framework to deliver best practice capabilitiesproven ability to deliver improvements that deliver greater value to the customer and business throug.
