Who will you be working for? A global gaming technology operator is looking for asenior performance & operations analyst, latam in sao paulo to join their international team. Key responsibilities: Data analysis:gather, sanitize, and transform extensive datasets from diverse origins. Execute advanced data analysis utilizing sql and python to derive valuable insights. Formulate and sustain intricate sql queries for the retrieval, filtration, and manipulation of data. Data visualization:formulate visually captivating data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as powerbi to effectively convey data-Driven insights. Devise, execute, and sustain interactive reports and dashboards for end-Users. Statistical analysis:employ statistical approaches to detect patterns, correlations, and trends within the data. Use R or other statistical software for more comprehensive statistical analysis when required. Data quality assurance:introduce data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data. Identify and rectify data irregularities and outliers as necessary. Business insights:cooperate with interdisciplinary teams to comprehend their data requirements and offer actionable insights to facilitate decision-Making. Interpret data to present business recommendations and solutions. Data reporting:compile and deliver routine and spontaneous reports to core teams. Clearly and succinctly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-Technical audiences. Ensure that latams operational requirements are conveyed seamlessly and acted upon. Continuous learning:stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization. Share knowledge and best practices with the team. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-On experience in an operations analytics or similar role, with demonstrable exposure to data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Proficiency in analytical tools, with sql and data visualization (e.G., powerbi) Experience in liaising with diverse stakeholder groups and effectively communicating data-Driven findings. Communication capabilities fluency in english with portuguese+/spanish a bonus Acumen in crafting compelling presentations, distilling intricate data into comprehensible and impactful narratives. Highly advantageous: Bachelors degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field (masters degree is a plus). Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply statistical models to complex problems is highly desirable. Analytics capabilities in python and R are highly desirable.
