Our client is an esteemed business data and analytics provider, this position is confidential:in this leadership role, you will:lead two squads, each responsible for one of our core applications, fostering a positive engineering culture and driving innovationable to architect and communicate a clear engineering strategy for modern web applications, and understand the needs of products and how best to translate those into costswork closely with our head of product to develop product strategies that have a massive impact with a high bar for quality and fast, frequent releaseswork with your team to implement and improve rest apis, transform mockups/prototypes from design to code, and create reusable, modular react componentsdesign a frontend component system that accommodates the unique needs of multiple marketscollaborate closely with our designers and product team to ensure outstanding ux/uiensure high test coverage to ensure code stability and maintainabilityarchitect and communicate a clear engineering strategy for modern web applications, and understand the needs of products and how best to translate those into the adoption of ai technologies in our of 3 years experience working with of 2 years experience working with reactminimum of 8 years of development experienceadvanced level of proficiency in leadership experience in building and managing engineering teamsproven experience in fostering a positive engineering culture and driving innovationbonus pointsexperience with on the backendexperience with typeorm (or another orm)experience working with on the frontendpassion for creating exceptional ux/uiexperience with python developmentexperience with ai applicationsexperience with cloud-Native technologies and how best to leverage infrastructure as code to build great products.
