Reports to: sales director - Country managerthis keyindividual contributor role is responsible for achieving a sales quotaby driving new business in the assigned territory. The successfulcandidate will have a strong understanding of the veeam sales processand excel at generating leads, building relationships, and or exceeds individual and team revenuetargets in assigned territorygrows pipeline by teaming withinside sales, system engineers and channel & alliance partner salesteamsperforms direct customer-Facing enterprise salesactivities in the field together with channel and alliance partnersproposes, coordinates and participates in marketingactivities to enterprise named accountsenters reliableforecasting and account/opportunity details in salesforce on a timelybasisbuilds strong relationships with executives,articulates veeams solution and business value, creates demand andcloses dealsdevelops a pipeline of activity that focuses onshort, medium, and long-Term revenue opportunities within the assignedaccounts that result in quarterly, revenue generationeffectively executes account plans and opportunity plans todrive demand and revenue generationfinds, assesses, andprioritizes existing and future opportunities with customers, veeamteammates, and the channel partner ecosystemengages withstrategic alliance partners to drive mutually beneficial revenueopportunitiesability to travel 0 - 75% of the time withinthe assigned territory/region requirementsqualificationsbachelors degree and/or equivalentyears of experienceexperience in business-To-Businessselling and managing using a consultative sales approachexcellent management and communication skills (written,verbal and interpersonal)ability to work independently withlimited direction in a fast-Paced environmentbuilds andnurtures C-Level and decision maker relationshipsknowledgeof large distributors and value added resellers (vars) is highlydesiredknowledge of virtualization industryknowledge of solution selling and value-Based sellingtechniquesknowledge of different sales methodologies andcustomer relationship management (crm) system: salesforce knowledge isrequired#li-Cc1veeam software is an equalopportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any formon the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin,citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classificationprotected by federal, state or local law.
