Today, we are looking for a talented publisher manager to join our dynamic and multicultural team are look for a publisher account manager in paris the positionas a publisher account manager, your mission will be to:ensure the timely and successful delivery of our campaigns according to advertisers needs and objectivesoptimize campaigns to maximize performanceforecast monthly and annual budgetsencourage, support and develop teams, monitoring their success and conducting regular performance reviewsencourage and lead collaboration between teamsdevelop new business with existing publishers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goalsprepare reports on account status and create and improve existing operational processesassist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededyour profilethe ideal candidate will have:experience working with mobile apps and the overall mobile advertising ecosystem, as well as with mmps (such as appsflyer, adjust, etc.)exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skillsthe ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to problems, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyindependence, proactivity, and original thinkingfluency in english, both oral and written (other languages are a plus)strong analytical and problem-Solving skillsknowledge and understanding of the mobile ecosystemadvantageswe offer a competitive salary based on experience and results, as well as performance commissions, 100% remote work, a young, lively, and multicultural team, and a strong potential to advance to higher positions within a short time.
