Job purpose and impact the research and development technical services specialist (technical account manager) will collaborate with a team to execute the business plan to meet business goals. In this role, you will identify and execute new business development projects, lead, prioritize and report on the associated portfolios and drive process improvements using available supporting tools and metrics. Key accountabilities develop strong customer relationships at key accounts. Provide on-Site technical support for current customers and prospects. Participate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation and satisfaction, account planning and the use of . Help execute applications development work, ensuring that all projects are appropriately staffed. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Qualifications minimum qualifications: bachelors degree in paper making/process/chemistry or equivalent experience excellent verbal and written communication skills minimum of two years of related work experience polish (mother tongue), english (good/excellent) experience in corrugated board production process, glue preparation preferred qualifications: ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise passion for understanding, creating, and communicating value and solutions to team members and customers.
