Position overview: as a senior software testing and quality assurance engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability. Working closely with cross-Functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, you will lead testing efforts, define quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle. Responsibilities:lead the design, development, and implementation of end-To-End testing and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our manual and automated testing of web applications, apis, and with developers to create and maintain test automation frameworks and test regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of the platform after changes or and implement quality standards, best practices, and testing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify potential risks and design effective testing with cross-Functional teams to ensure proper test coverage and timely defect and report on key quality metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous and provide guidance to junior members of the testing updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in software testing and quality with remote team members and participate in virtual meetings and communication to the development and enhancement of our internal testing tools and requirementsbachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical of 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality expertise in designing and executing end-To-End testing strategies for complex web applications and experience in manual and automated testing, including test script development and in test automation frameworks and tools, such as selenium, appium, or with performance testing, security testing, and accessibility with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (ci/cd) problem-Solving skills and attention to communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-Functional abilities, with the capability to guide and mentor junior team to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-Paced & perkscompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits to work in a fast-Growing startup environment with a talented and passionate growth and learning opportunities to enhance your skills and in working hours and location.A supportive and inclusive work environment that values creativity and our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of our innovative applications and mobile solutions.
