What will you do? The sr. Facilities manager will be responsible to drive enterprise facilities management regional capabilities within a select group of assigned facilities and outsourcing partners. Key responsibilities include: serves as a single point of accountability and is responsible for delivering quality, safe, compliant, and productive workplace environments across each site within brazil region with a high-Touch customer service orientation. Responsible for delivering facilities maintenance operations, infrastructure management, and onsite employee and business services across manufacturing and / or non-Manufacturing environments. This position reports directly into E&ps latam sr director and is accountable for efficient delivery of site services, maintenance and utilities operations and all facilities operations, utilizing an effective balance of internal employees and service providers. The brazil lead will oversee multiple sites that fall within the applicable sites such make, office and warehouses. Key relationships include managing complex coordination with outsourced vendors to ensure successful implementation and management of the program as well as establishing clear lines of engagement with business customers, coe organization, and select key support partners (e.G., finance, it, hr, and / or procurement) to drive consistency and high quality across all sites within brazil responsibilities. Drive facilities management brazil capabilities within select group of assigned sites. Serve as single point of contact to deliver quality, safe, compliant, and productive workplace across each site within brazil region. Manage complex relationships with outsourcing partners at site level. Interface with business units and contractors during planning / construction as needed. Serve as primary site liaison for ehs compliance (as appropriate). Establish high performance, continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking, and sharing of best practices. Implement business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs. Support project development and delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects. Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements across all sites within brazil. Ensure sites are in compliance with good commercial, laboratory and manufacturing practices, and other regulations attend customer and standards brazil level governance forums where required. Assist with inspections on in-Micro-Region facilities, as needed. Execute strategy set forth by the center of excellence across a complex portfolio. Champion and increase focus on coordination of facilities within brazil region. Provide consistency and visibility across supply chain and non-Supply chain sites. Establish and enforce methodologies to generate savings and optimize the business while deepening the regional focus. Deliver value and efficiency by championing standardized best practices and spearheading execution within a designated micro-Region. Support project development and delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects. Qualifications what you need to have? Required bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, administration, pharmacy, chemistry or related areas. Fluent english and intermediate spanish are required. 8+ years of experience with facilities routine. 4+ years of experience as people leader project management experience is required.
