Analista de logística we are searching for an experienced analista de logística at our medlog brasil ltda - Santos facility. Primary duties and responsibilities: 1. Analyze, question and approve estimates for repairing the structure and machinery on the shipowners equipment, respecting the deductibles stipulated in the sla determined by the department. 2. Request the post-Repair of repairs carried out at random or when necessary, ensuring that what was approved was actually carried out. 3. Register the repair and man-Hour values in the system defined for using the m&r according to the procurement negotiation and the shipowners standard table. 4. Generate pre billing for payment of repairs to depots, inspections and reefer service in a system defined for this purpose in accordance with item 3. 5. Apply debit account when the contracted supplier failed to follow the shipowners process, did not register evidence for the due approvals and recovery of costs in a system defined for this purpose. 6. Carry out random audits (technical or virtual visits) to analyze the workshops, materials used, opportunities, productivity, evidence of requested vs. Physical repairs, among others. 7. Analyze leasing units (on hire / off hire) to define units in the fleet. 8. Control and management of total loss/total loss units after claim declared in accordance with the process of requesting the approval matrix, drv value, in order to proceed with the nationalization, release and allocation of the unit (it is not responsible after the allocation to the third party or group company). 9.
