Job Description: Marketing Manager We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing teams and have a background in audiovisual content production. Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and others is essential. A sense of urgency and proactivity is required, as well as strong teamwork and leadership skills. Previous experience in the retail industry would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Develop audiovisual campaign strategies and oversee all shootings Manage the social media calendar on platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest, in line with our campaigns and media calendar Analyze partnership opportunities to maximize our social media presence Plan and execute strategies to improve brand engagement and metrics on social media Track and report on relevant performance metrics of our social media presence Collaborate with the creative team to develop social media content and design Create campaign slogans and taglines Supervise and support the team, ensuring peak performance and efficient workflow Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field Previous experience leading teams Experience in audiovisual content production Strong knowledge of social media platforms A sense of urgency and proactivity Excellent teamwork and leadership skills Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
