As we navigate the dynamic global environment, we continue to evolve and a finance franchise director, you youll play a key leadership role in driving growth and performance of the organization and will serve as a primary business partner to the brazil franchise general manager. You will also manage financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities, as well as contribute to achieving the organizations financial this role, you should have global finance experience and the ability to do advanced financial analysis that has contributed to significant financial impact. It will also requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, as well as, be able to work together with our bottling partners to accelerate top line growth, together with margin expansion of the ko system in youll do for us- Drive brazil operation p&l (profit & loss) growth and margin expansion across the full portfolio of products and all routes-To-Consumer, including volume, revenue, profit and margin analysis, and also supporting pricing and strategic investments decisions to ensure a healthy balance of the financial results and market share position.- Manage brazilian bottlers relationships with respect to all finance matters, including leadership in the negotiations of new business models, such as the long-Term relationship models (ltrms), aligning ambitious growth plans supported by aggressive strategic investments and new revenue sources.- Co-Lead discussions and negotiations of brazilian bottlers new distribution agreements of non-Ko products (diageo, abi, ccu etc.), including governance, franchise integrity and value sharing of such strategic agreements.- Lead the development of new business models for new lines of business, such as mineral water and fab (flavored alcoholic beverages) businesses, including negotiations with co-Packers (or toll packers) across the region.- Lead collaborative business partnership with bottlers and local customers to develop and execute commercial support to drive decision making.- Lead monthly/quarterly pl (profit & loss), b/s review meetings with internal stakeholders, including operating unit and corporate to ensure alignment and support on strategy. Leads the monthly finance call explaining the business results and rolling estimate view with fact-Based analysis.- Analyze and understands the key drivers to coca-Cola revenue growth including the impact and implication of system revenue dynamics.- Review and manage operational expenditure (opex) for brazil including leading countries opex budget target tracking.- Actively communicate, engage, inspire and motivate the team to drive performance and achieve individual and team objectives.- Build team capabilities in both functional and soft skills with the aim to develop the next generation of & requirements- Bachelors degree in related field is required. Masters preferred- 10+ years of financial management experience in a global consumer product or financial services company with responsibility for similar size of operations- Track record of business/financial management involving influencing and negotiating with bottlers and customers, communicating effectively, and managing against business needs and collaborating with senior leaders across different international markets.- Ability to drive a balanced approach as well as understand/articulate tradeoffs to achieving business targets in an optimized way (i.E., volume, profit, timing, speed, risk, short-Term vs. Long-Term metrics).- People and resources management experience are highly desirable- Must possess ability to motivate and develop the talent and to collaborate with cross-Functional peers to define the business plan/rolling estimate deliverables- Financial acumen including global currencies, management accounting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, planning, value chain and system economics, marketing principles, risk management, global standards (business data, financial accounts and policies, marketing metrics, etc.).- Must be fluent in portuguese or we can do for you- Agile & innovative software platforms: each day we are working to improve efficiency and reporting using top tier platforms and technologies.- Connections: we work cross-Functionally across different business groups to make sure that we can put together the clearest numbers & projections for our customers.- Diverse customers: we work with thousands of customers each day which range from international large-Retail chains, grocery stores, restaurants, airports, and so many account closing business an.
