As a team lead, you will have the autonomy to run your team like a small business, reporting directly to the country product manager based in são role will be crucial in shaping the strategy for the three brazilian regions. Your responsibilities will encompass strategy development, sales and marketing initiatives, goal setting, and staff management. Your efforts will have a positive impact, as we transform lives and foster the creation of global families through the au pair program. What you will do: strategize, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing initiatives, encompassing lead generation strategies both online and offline, within your given budget. Lead 2 direct reports. Develop their sales skills through training and coaching. Track their achievements and provide performance reviews. Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis step into any aspect of the job necessary to help the team achieve its goals. These aspects will include tele sales, screening candidates, visiting schools/universities, hiring and training office and field staff. Professional requirements 2-5 years work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, having staff management experience is a plus university/college graduate.
