Qualifications essential qualifications and education: bachelors degree in foreign trade, business administration, economics, law, engineering, international relations or something related to the position + post graduation/mba desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and subcontracting preferably in an epci company, related to oil and gas advanced english computer skills in microsoft programs: excel, word, powerpoint, outlook compatible with the use of these programs in your activities. Experience in sourcing and evaluating commercial proposals experience in the use of microsoft sharepoint and spmat.
