Budget & cost controller – barra da tijuca Swift recruits for multinational oil and gas company, based on barra da tijuca, rio de janeiro: Budget & cost controller Main responsibilities Responsible for the accounting of the respectively rigs including sub companies (legal entities). Manage the daily accounting including among other things: processing of vouchers, payments, reconciliations and invoicing. Responsible for all invoicing to clients (in cooperation with the rig manager) Reconciliation of balance sheet including client accounts and according to reconciliation plan. Participate in and co-ordinate all budget works and also make the monthly budget follow up of the accounting report in co-operation with the rig manager. Prepare, together with Rig manager, comments for the monthly accounting report. Cost control versus budget. Make sure that tasks and reports in area of responsibility are completed within set time limits. Participate in the company annual report and tax return as applicable. Requirements Previous experience in finance or accounting; Preferable with higher general education; Advanced english; Good it skills.
