Are you?The positionby joining our team in exploration & production international you will have the opportunity to:reports to the leader of Competence management area and delivers on the points below (not limited to):- Defines and leads the recruitment and selection process of all equinor brasil offshore workers in coordination with rh and offshore competence centers- Define standards, processes and quality assures/control recruitment of offshore people- Defines, follow up and quality assures standardized onboarding of new offshore employees- Implement and monitor an offshore trainee qualities are essential for equinor.
