Overview as a network solution specialist you will partner with clients of all sizes and across diverse airports and airlines. You will help them optimize their network infrastructure and achieve their business objectives. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends as to provide the most effective and efficient solutions to the clients. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills. You have ability to work closely with both technical and non-Technical stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are tailored to meet their unique needs. You are expected to deliver outstanding service and exceeding client expectations. what you will do: designs and implements network solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Collaborates closely with clients to assess their specific network requirements and develops customized solutions aligned with their business objectives. - Conducts comprehensive infrastructure and network assessments and provides recommendations for enhancements and improvements. - Takes the lead in pre-Sales activities, including delivering technical presentations, conducting solution demonstrations, and contributing to proposal development. - Configures and troubleshoots various network devices and technologies, leveraging expertise in versa technologies, cisco viptela, aws, and the sita portfolio. - Demonstrates a deep understanding of the latest advancements in networking technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to client environments. - Collaborates seamlessly with cross-Functional teams, including sales, project management, and operations, to ensure the seamless delivery of network solutions. - Provides comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on implemented solutions. - Maintains meticulous documentation of network designs, configurations, and support procedures. Qualifications who you are: - A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred. - Relevant certifications can include cisco certified network professional (ccnp), cisco certified internetwork expert (ccie), comptia network+, juniper networks certified internet specialist (jncis), and versa certification - In-Depth understanding of network architecture principles and concepts, including lan, wan, vpn, mpls, and sd-Wan. - Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches from various vendors (cisco, juniper, etc.). - Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as bgp, ospf, eigrp, and rip. - Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vpn technologies. - Experience with wireless networking technologies, including private 5G and wi-Fi standards, access point deployment, and wireless security. - Understanding of virtualization technologies like vmware, hyper-V, and cloud platforms like aws, azure, or gcp. - Experience with servers, vms, workstations and operating systems what we offer: sitas workplace is all about diversity: many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues whove been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.
