Position: as a senior finance analyst in our barra da tijuca office, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the companys growth. Your responsibilities will encompass managing financial analysis, overseeing accounting procedures, handling invoicing and collections, and providing crucial support in office administrative routines. The den hartogh values encourage employees to get the best out of themselves and to work on creative logistics solutions to exceed customer : prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts for management review. collaborate with various teams to optimize financial performance and identify cost-Saving opportunities. oversee financial accounting and bookkeeping for the brazilian division. ensure compliance with brazilian accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements. process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely collections. support payroll processing, tax filings, and deductions, adhering to brazilian laws. collaborate with external auditors to facilitate timely completion of audits. provide support in office administrative routines, including document management and record keeping. organize all office documentation, licenses, insurance. stay up-To-Date with changes in brazilian accounting regulations and industry best practices. Successful candidates: bachelors degree in accounting, administration, economics or a related field. proven experience (3+ years) in finance and accounting roles, with exposure to logistics preferred. in-Depth knowledge of brazilian accounting procedures, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software, and ms office suite (excel, word, powerpoint). excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. strong leadership potential and a desire to take on managerial responsibilities in the future. fluency in both written and spoken english and portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
