Partner account manager, you will beresponsible for a portfolio of services partners comprised of theleading digital strategy agencies, technology consulting firms andsystems integrators in the industry. Your partner portfolio willinclude industry innovators who are creating client value through amodern headless and api-First approach to enterprise architecture. Inthe sr. Partner account manager role, you will be responsible fornurturing and growing existing services partners, while alsoidentifying and recruiting new services partners into the algoliapartner program. Example services partners could include large holdingcompanies like publicis groupe leading digital consulting firms likeaccenture, ecommerce focused consultancies like astound mach allianceleaders like valtech or large systems integrators will partner with the innovation leaders inthe industry!Reporting to the global alliances director forservices partners, the sr. Partner account manager role is an integralpart of algolias global revenue team. The partner account managerwill be responsible for a portfolio of services partners in the braziland wider latam territory. Within this portfolio of services partners,the sr. Partner account manager will be responsible for all aspects ofpartnership success including: evangelizing algolia within a partnersbusiness, enabling the partner on algolia to ensure end clientsuccess, account mapping and pursuit prioritization, go-To-Marketstrategy with the partner, and the development of joint marketingcollateral. Each of these sr. Partner account manager responsibilitiesare in service of creating algolia brand awareness, optimizing for endclient success, developing partner pipeline opportunities and growingrevenue through the services partner role willconsist of:- Nurture and grow a set of existing algoliaservices partners, while also working to identify and recruit newalgolia services partners into the algolia partner program within thebrazilian and latin american region- Own the process of helpingservices partners become an algolia partner, support deal registrationensure commission payment- Advance alliances between servicespartners and algolia by moving them from awareness to fully algoliaenabled- Work with services partners to develop intellectualproperty on top of algolia that differentiates the partner in theindustry- Identify joint prospects and develop effectivego-To-Market and pursuit strategies with partners- Coordinateacross services partners, isv partners and the algolia sales team onstrategic client pursuits- Support services partners as theyidentify and/or influence strategic client opportunities-Develop, or assist in the development of, services partner collateralincluding: sales materials, marketing materials, case studies, whitepapers, blog content, linkedin or other social media content-Collaborate with algolia sales, marketing, engineering, product andenablement teams to ensure services partner and end clientsuccess- Responsible for the process of pipeline creation,including the requisite data accuracy to ensure accurate reporting toglobal leadershipyou might be A fit if you have:-7-10 years of proven and successful experience as quota carryingalliance, channel or partner sales manager selling solutions and/orservices in a recurring revenue business model within brazil and latinamerica- Fluency in portuguese and spanish, and residency inbrazil or neighboring countries- Strong understanding of digitaltechnology and experience strategy-Especially in the context ofecommerce direct to consumer channels and search as a service-Business-Side understanding of saas software products, headlesscommerce and api-First architectures- Previous solution sellingor consulting experience is a plus- Excellent communicator,writer and storyteller with a strong ability to influence thelistener/reader in portuguese, spanish, and english- History ofdeveloping and nurturing long term industry relationships frominception to fruition- History of becoming a trusted advisor topartners, clients and internal stakeholders- Creative andinnovative thinker with the ability to identify issues and solveproblems- Shows flexibility and patience in the face of adversityor frequent change- History of driving joint co-Selling andco-Marketing activities- Proven ability to lead cross functionalteams both internally and externallywere looking forsomeone who can live our values:- Grit - Problem-Solvingand perseverance capability in an ever-Changing and growingenvironment.- Trust:- Willingness to trust ourco-Workers and to take ownership.- Candor - Ability toreceive and give constructive feedback.- Care - Genuine careabout other#J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr.
