Position overview: we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled scrum master to join our dynamic and fast-Paced organization. As a scrum master, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding our cross-Functional teams towards successful project delivery. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience working as a scrum master in multinational organizations. Responsibilities: act as a servant leader and coach for multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, self-Organization, and continuous improvement. facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-Ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices. work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements. proactively identify and address potential impediments or conflicts that may impact team productivity, and take necessary actions to resolve them. provide guidance and support to the team in adopting and implementing agile best practices, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptation. track and communicate team progress, metrics, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability. collaborate with other scrum masters and agile coaches to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices across the organization. stay up-To-Date with the latest trends and advancements in agile methodologies, and drive the adoption of new tools and practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: minimum of 6 years of experience working as a scrum master in multinational organizations. in-Depth understanding of agile principles and frameworks (scrum, kanban, etc.). strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to guide teams towards consensus and effective decision-Making. excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. experience working with distributed teams and managing remote collaboration. solid understanding of software development life cycle (sdlc) and related processes. familiarity with agile project management tools and software (e.G., jira). bachelors degree in a related field (computer science, engineering, business administration) or equivalent practical experience.
