Vaga 100% home office (aceitamos candidatos de todo o brasil) about the area: our customer, a large multinational industrial group, today has a program called “bi convergence”, which covers a continuous stream of bi projects. The program started in 2019 and is planned to continue until 2022. In january 2021, they are starting a series of 6 bi projects in parallel. The team is not necessarily allocated to a specific project, they are a pool of highly specialized resources that participate in multiple projects concurrently. The use of bi at the company is very high, and the business users are very familiar with, and make constant use of the tools. This is not a short-Term allocation; the company’s intention is to keep the good resources onboard for the long term. Soft skills: be able to comunicate effectively. Be determined and proactive, knowing how to deal with a high level of demands. Conhecimentos mandatory technical requirements (include years of experience): proven track record in powerbi intermediate / advanced developments. | Proficiency in dax, sql query and powerbi advanced features, proficiency with data modeling | 2-3 years work experience with azure analysis services. | 1-2 years experience with azure synapse, visual studio, tabular editor and azure devops tools. | Proven conceptual, analytical, verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels, technical as well as non-Technical stakeholders | Capacity to interview business stakeholders, and translate business needs to functionals and technical specifications | Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and deliver with high quality, excellent in time-Management and delivering on-Time and on-Budget, proactive in offering best and most performant solutions | Team player, works independently, adapts well to fast-Paced project and in agile framework, very flexible.
