The chemicals manufacturing specialist will join the corporate engagements coordination division, which is responsible for establishing a clear stakeholder and functional organization interface plan. The candidates primary role is to ensure integrated refining and petrochemical manufacturing, operation readiness, and risk management. Also to work with the local workforce development department, external institutes, and national training centers to identify an appropriate mix of development, knowledge transfer, internal mobility, and hiring responsibilities assess integration readiness across all ltc projects. Overseas manpower staffing strategy and development monitor environmental, social, and governance (esg) standards and performance, establish control, and establish internal assessment procedures for the programs.
