Airswift is seeking a regional/country manager to work on a permanent contract in macaé with a major oil & gas company. A highly experienced and dynamic professional, responsible for leading and developing a multidisciplinary team to provide technology services, with a strong focus on safety, health, the environment, and project quality. Job responsibilities safety, health, environment and quality ? Ensure design and broader operational compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality management systems, industry best practices, local laws and provisions to deliver safe, environmentally sound and high-Quality project results. Operations ? Daily supervision of all project activities in the region ? Maintain a strong focus on customer relationships, ensuring the same time program and project financial performance is progress or exceeded ? Plan, execute and deliver agreed business objectives in accordance with the company business plan. ? Fulfill the roles of project director and/or project manager for clients and internal projects in south america ? Responsible for the operations hub ? Expand existing programs and projects by delivering excellent projects results and look for opportunities to expand the scope of services finance ? Liaise with finance team to ensure timely reporting and cost effective to control ? Ensure modeled program and project financial performance is progress or exceeded human resources ? Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to motivate and an organized team. In general ? Provide regular senior management updates on regional operations performance, initiatives, challenges, and solutions ? Deliver weekly and monthly management reports and participate in weekly and monthly meetings monthly management meetings ? Willing and effective traveler, including to offshore locations as required job qualifications business, management, and/or engineering (naval architect, structural, corrosion, or mechanical discipline, etc.) degree qualified (preferably post graduate). Advanced project management qualification from a leading project management organization such as apm, prince2 or similar. Significant oil, gas, and/or renewable energy industries experience with particular emphasis on managing offshore programs. Timely development and delivery of regional business plans and budgets aligned with corporate requirements.
