What youll do you will report to the manager of regional desktop operations to contribute toward resolving remote client service requests and perform user education. You will install desktop systems you will maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security you will perform hardware and software inventory tracking and management you will document all trouble tickets with clear explanations and accurate management, ensuring adherence to department procedures you should have research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often dont apply for roles if they dont meet all the criteria.
