The compliance analyst will be a senior member of the quality and insights team. As the departmental compliance lead, the analyst will possess an advanced understanding of risk evaluation and internal processes to resolve issues. The analyst will be responsible to manage projects from start to finish regarding hub, field and store compliance-Based initiatives. They will interact with diverse teams throughout the organization as the compliance representative for the team. The analyst will also be responsible for performing analysis on sales behaviors across all channels, lines of business, clients and programs. This person will collaborate across multiple internal teams such as hr, legal, technology, product and internal role is required to report on-Site in nuvali, laguna on permanent responsibilities:identify and investigate potential risk by employees, ensuring discrete, objective investigations, and consistent recommendations throughout multiple lines of businesscontribute to and develop policies, standards, and required practices for employees at all levelssupport creation of training and documentation around policies, standards, and practicesresearch asurion product additions to identify set characteristics related to risky or fraudulent behaviorensure projects are researched, documented, and completed in accordance with compliance standardsreview and analyze quality and compliance data to identify trends, provide recommendations, and facilitate ongoing feedback in internal teamsclearly and concisely summarize findings though verbal and written communicationresearch customer history through multiple systems, as a result of non-Compliant allegations or customer complaints, to identify and recommend course of actionunderstand and stay up to date on fraud/risk prevention processes and procedures organizationallydevelop and maintain relationships with internal fraud teams, operations and support operationsperform auditing of data in a quick and efficient mannerdemonstrate core values and leadership principlesability to handle sensitive data and discussions in a professional and discreet mannermodel leadership principles and provide mentorship to other team memberssupport customer escalations and high-Visibility casesskills:exceptional analytical and quantitative skillsdetail-Oriented and strong problem-Solving skillscommunication and collaboration skills to enable work with all levels of the organizationability to work independentlyprofessional individual with a strong work ethic and is a demonstrated team playerrequirements:bachelors degree or 5+ years of experience in hub or field environmentcompliance and risk management experience (preferred)quality experience (preferred)advanced excel with 2+ years of experience, including but not limited to, vlookup and pivot tables & chartspower bi knowledgesql (preferred)microsoft office suite at asurion, every one of us is a leader, from individual contributors to the senior team.
