What we are looking for:in our agco journey towards data centricity and digitalization, the necessity for maintaining high quality, compliant and actionable product data is a key success factor. The purpose of this position is to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our product hierarchy data globally, in a consistent, effective, and automated way. The actionability of our product data is key! The role owner will collect, prioritize, and manage all requests related to product hierarchy data processing from the business, prioritize for the data team. Furthermore, the role owner will collaborate with key relevant stakeholders across the business to enhance the product hierarchy data solution and manage governance over the entire process. Moreover, the role owner will evangelize best practices with regards to product hierarchy data processing in the organization. You and your team will be part of the global customer experience team delivering a best-In-Class service to the organization including design and operation of the future state global product hierarchy solution, data quality and completeness reporting, definition of data quality standards, definition and implementation of data cleansing rules & governance. What are you going to do:- Establish and manage the global product hierarchy data team- Delivery and enhancement of the overall solution for data processing in line with the recommendations provided by data quality and data governance.- Collect and prioritize product data processing requests from the business- Planning management (task prioritization, resources management) to support adequately the business request- Recruiting, training, and coaching of the team to strengthen internal capabilities- Lead the implementation and operationalization of the data management lifecycle process- Source - Acquisition- Transformation- Validation- Aggregation- Maintenance- Access/delivery- Develop, test and enhance the automatization process for data enriching and cleansing- Support the definition, development, testing and implementation of the it solutions- Review outcome of the automatization routine with focus on exceptions, brainstorm and refine automatization model together with the data team to ensure drastic reduction of exception on next iteration- Collect sla requirements from business stakeholders and the data quality manager and provide accordingly recommendation in terms of resources requirements and prioritization of activities.- Report out data quality, completeness, actionability and sla metrics to the organization to brand organization and management. What do you need: Communicator in written and spoken english Experience as a data steward or data scientist Managing teams in the master data or data science area Knowledge about safe (agile) Strong knowledge about data matching and transformation logics and solutions (model, algorithm) - Mandatory Strong knowledge about data management platforms and best practices (validation, matching, deduplicate) - Mandatory Task oriented together with self-Starter ability to initiate automation review and enhancementintellectual curiosity, continuous improvement Ability to work within a team of peers to enable best practice identification and problem solving Knowledge about cloud computing (e.G. Aws) - Is a plus.
