This role requires an innovative leader and business partner who collaborates to develop and implement our people strategy. Leveraging people leadership, hr domain expertise, communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a knack for encouraging teamwork, this individual will partner with leaders across the organization to deliver business results. In this role, she/he will ensure the effective delivery of the full life cycle of hr practices to attract, retain and develop our associates. What are you going to do:serve as a member of the global hr leadership team (ghrlt) responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the global human capital strategy, development and leadership of the global hr community. Translate strategic and tactical business plans into hr strategies, develop operational plans with robust project management leadership in the execution of talent, leadership, culture, and hr operational excellence objectives. In the following areas: talent management (including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, assessment, and development), performance management, succession planning, organization development, employee engagement, total rewards implementation/leveraging, culture enablement and efficient hr gaps between future strategic objectives of the organization and current organizational capabilities, competencies, and skills then partner with across the hrlt to develop strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the successful implementation of culture change initiatives while embracing the organizations business and financial objectives, supporting the necessary organizational design, change management, recognition, and retention programs to ensure a global team of hr professionals providing direction, oversight and career development. Ensure they provide counsel, insight, and decision support to leaders and teams across areas of management: takes a leadership role in significant agco programs to ensure the appropriate change management methodology is thought leadership: as a key member of the larger hr leadership team, practically leverages external knowledge to shape and in some cases lead hr initiatives across model for global collaboration and hr operational excellence by partnering across the global hr team to identify and resolve challenges while advancing the effectiveness of the hc strategy and the continued implementation and championing of the agvance strategy across all relevant business units and maturity do you need:bachelors degree in business, psychology, or related field15 + years of directly related hr experience, 3+ in a global leadership role of an hr team in a matrixed business environment is required with a strong track record of outstanding leadership and execution. Previous direct leadership of a global hr team: working in multiple regions (minimum 2) is required with the demonstrated capability to communicate with, influence, engage, and influence different cultures and styles. Agriculture background is an building: successfully builds strong working relationships from a geographical distance.
