This professional will have constant interaction with fortune 500 C-Level executives, vps, and department heads, so they must have great communication skills, a corporate profile, and sophisticated client management youll do:- Drive full-Cycle recruiting for upper-Level executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and presentation to internal clients.- Taylor a highly customized and positive experience for candidates to upper-Level executive positions, being their point of contact within bairesdev for any needs they might encounter during the recruiting process.- Build strong relationships with key players from the market, from internal leadership to hr business partners and candidates.- Develop and implement successful and creative sourcing strategies for upper-Level executive what we are looking for:- Native/proficient english level is fundamental.- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with a focus on listening and persuasion.- 4+ years of experience in recruiting.- Previous experience in executive/C-Level recruitment.
