Overview as a member of the m3 business process team, the global erp business analyst-Com, f&s is the owner of the erp system for the customer order management, fulfillment and sales domain. Working closely with business process managers to understand business needs and translate into functional specifications that result in optimal solutions. You act as a domain solution architect and are both an m3 subject matter expert and a business oriented client advocate. You are a servant leader, who can lead without authority and negotiate effectively to arrive at the optimum solution. This is a remote role, 100% work from home. Responsibilities subject matter expert and system owner for (customer order management, fulfillment and sales (com, f&s) maintain system configuration documentation for com, f&s domain lead the business to optimum solutions by understanding business needs, translating to requirements, documenting use cases, identifying solution, creating functional specifications, consulting with technical architects, creating test cases and plans, executing unit testing, ensuring solution meets or exceeds business need, delivering solution with documentation and training, overseeing uat and issue resolution, communicating with stakeholders may work with kemin devops team on collaborative solutions in an agile methodology documenting and auditing m3 standard usage consult with support colleagues with a sense of urgency that matches to incident priority resulting in timely, effective incident resolution consult with other it colleagues on projects, requests, incidents where domain knowledge is needed. Consult with m3 business process team manager on strategic direction for com, f&s domain adhere to all security, change control and data governance policies, procedures and processes with a sense of priority qualifications bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience as a infor-M3 erp business analyst with at least one year of experience in m3 cloud must be a life long learner, who is excited to expand their m3 knowledge into other functional domains excellent documentation and communication skills (written and verbal) excellent problem-Solving skills understanding of the complexity of a global multi-Site company is a plus ability to learn and adopt quickly timely response to requests and communications excellent customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills.
