What we are looking for: an engineer responsible for acting in the definition of maintenance strategies for production machines, contributing to manufacturing results. What are you going to do: ensure new technologies and equipments performance (new painting line, robots, cobots, laser cutting, agvs) in order to attend operations growth equipments dependency to attend farmer first strategy ensure that operational procedures, equipments, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment review mapping of manufacturing machines, identifying needs for types of maintenance champion for the equipments excellence (eqex) activities and strategies coordinate projects of continuous improvement and problem solving collect and analyze data to avoid downtime, planning and preparing industry 4.0 managing 3rd parts services and schedules. What do you need: bachelors degree: maintenance, production, automation engineering or similars. Postgraduate is desirable. Technical knowledge in welding and assembly robots, cobots, painting automatic systems, laser cutting machines, general mechatronics and automation, agvs, iot. Knowledge in maintenance strategies implementation tpm, preditive. Kpis management and data driven decision making mtbf, mttr, oee, teep. Continuous improvement activities as kaizen leader, bootleneck management,. Safety as core value. Advanced english.
