What you will do:drive full-Cycle recruiting including sourcing, interview specific exam presentation to internal client and closing of candidates. Act as a reference towards the internal client and candidates during the process. Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area. Heres what we are looking for:ability to work in a dynamic and results-Oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Great self-Management capacity. 2+ years of experience in recruiting (desirable). Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
